4. Why is CONECTIO legitimated to process your data?

CONECTIO's legal basis for processing Users' data through this Website is the Users' consent to the processing of their personal data. The User, as the owner of their personal data, allows us to collect information that they have specified in their LinkedIn account in order to incorporate it into our system. It will be essential for the User to grant their consent so that we may supplement such information.

In this regard, CONECTIO processes candidates' personal data for the purpose of managing their job applications, conducting studies of their professional profile and analysing their curriculum vitae (CV) to ensure an appropriate selection process. In addition, CONECTIO will use the personal data provided by candidates, including the information they have specified in their LinkedIn account, for the purpose of supplementing their profile, provided they have given their express consent. This data is also used to respond to your requests, resolve queries and/or provide the requested information. Likewise, the data may be used to improve the candidate support service.

By accepting this Privacy Policy and ticking the corresponding boxes, the User grants their consent to such processing.

CONECTIO takes the protection of your privacy and personal data very seriously.
